About me
I’m passionate about designing systems that make complicated processes feel simple—whether for customers navigating insurance products, employees managing internal workflows, or players interacting with immersive experiences.
Senior Product Designer specializing in UX strategy, product design, service design, and design systems for enterprise platforms and complex digital experiences.
Currently leading product design at Shelter Insurance, designing customer and internal tools used by 100K+ customers and 500+ employees. My work has reduced customer service call volume by 10%, increased customer account engagement by 30%, and reduced employee task time by 40% through improved UX workflows and internal tool redesigns. I also led the creation of Shelter’s first design system, reducing development task time by 50% and modernizing digital products across teams.
I’ve led end-to-end UX processes including stakeholder research, competitor analysis, service blueprinting, information architecture, wire-framing, prototyping, usability testing, and design system implementation.
Additional experience includes leading UX for a multi-display competitive gaming experience and designing employee onboarding and service design systems for organizations with 500+ employees.
When I’m not designing, I’m listening to music, reading, spending time with my family, or working on personal creative projects.
The best designs happen when you combine curiosity with empathy. I'd love to help you with your next 0-1 design projects.
