I spent 10 years in HR before realizing what I really love—solving problems through design. That background taught me something big: great tools aren’t just efficient, they make people feel supported.
Now, as a UX designer, I create products that actually work for the people using them. Like a claims dashboard that cut support calls by 10%, or a design system that saved developers 50% of their time.
I’m curious by nature and always asking “why?”—whether it’s about workflows, design tools, or human behavior. When I’m not designing, I’m probably listening to music, reading, spending time with my family, or working on personal creative projects.
